THE UPCOMING 2023 Cadillac ESCALADE V-SERIES: A SNEAK PEEK

For nearly 20 years, the Cadillac V-Series has been a cornerstone of the brand. These vehicles have long had a reputation for blending power and refinement, offering bold, iconic styling and a true luxury experience. It’s possible that the all-new 2023 Cadillac Escalade-V tops them all.

Loaded with high-end amenities and features, this veritable beast of a vehicle is the industry’s most powerful full-size SUV. The combination of stylish design, jaw-dropping performance, and cutting-edge technology has made it one of the year’s most anticipated vehicle releases. Here’s a look at what you can expect.

Groundbreaking Performance

The 2023 Escalade-V offers all the luxury features you’ve come to expect from the brand, plus the incredible power of a souped-up muscle car. It features a hand-built supercharged 6.2-liter V8 engine with 682 horsepower and 652 lb-ft of torque. It also comes standard with full-time active all-wheel drive to enhance suspension, a 10-speed automatic transmission, and exclusively designed software calibrations and suspension hardware.

Based on initial GM testing, Cadillac expects the Escalade-V to reach 0 to 60 mph in under 4.4 seconds. On the road, you’ll feel like you’re riding on rails, thanks to features like Air Ride Adaptive Suspension and Standard Magnetic Ride Control 4.0. These features combine to give you a responsive driving experience and an enhanced feeling of control without sacrificing the comfortable ride for which the Escalade is renowned.

Other notable features include quad exhaust outlets, lowered suspension, and active exhaust valves that give the Escalade-V its throaty V8 growl. It has a top-in-class power-to-weight ratio and advanced driving technologies that create an engaging driving experience and a head-turning street presence.

Signature Design

With performance-inspired styling inside and out, the new Escalade-V offers a bold design and a sophisticated, technology-infused interior environment. Its uniquely styled 22-inch wheels do an excellent job of showcasing the exclusive Brembo® front brakes with Edge Red calipers. It also has unique V-Series front and rear fascias and V-Series badging on the liftgate, front passenger, and driver doors as well as throughout the interior, including on the steering wheel.
The Platinum trim interior comes in Dark Auburn or Black with Zebra wood accents, power massaging front seats, and a heated steering wheel. All three rows also come standard with semi-aniline leather, creating the ultimate luxury experience.

Advanced Technology

The moment you climb into the Escalade-V, you can’t help but notice the standard curved OLED with a full 38-inches of diagonal display and two times the pixel density of a 4K television. It also features Augmented Reality, which projects a live image of what’s in front of you onto the vehicle’s center cluster display.

Everyone inside the Escalade-V will appreciate the premium infotainment experience, 36-speaker audio system with 3D surround, and integrated Natural Voice Recognition. You can also take advantage of a variety of connected apps, Wireless Android Auto, and Wireless Apple CarPlay.

Perhaps one of the most exciting features of the Escalade-V is its available Super Cruise – the industry’s first truly hands-free driver-assistance technology. It uses GPS, sensors, and real-time cameras to allow you to drive completely hands-free on more than 200,000 miles of compatible roads throughout the United States and Canada. Additional features like automatic lane change capability and trailering will also be available in later models.

Ultimate Control

The unique V-Mode allows you to personalize your driving experience, using a button on the center console to adjust your suspension settings, steering, brake pedal feel, engine sound, and more. It also automatically lowers the ride height by approximately 0.8 inches. Launch Control is also available in V-Mode, allowing you to enjoy optimal acceleration runs from a dead stop.
