5-STAR CADILLAC DEALER NEAR QUAKERTOWN

August 12th, 2024 by

At Miracle Cadillac, we love getting to know our neighbors. Since it’s such a short drive, Quakertown is one of our favorite places to visit. Whenever we see customers from there, we always ask for recommendations about the best things to do next time we’re in the area. Although the list is pretty long, a few spots always come highly recommended. We couldn’t agree more!

Quakertown Farmers Market and Flea Market
Quakertown Farmers Market is a one-of-a-kind, 225,00 square foot indoor/outdoor shopping experience. It’s open on Friday through Sunday year-round and features over 150 Farmer’s Market departments, 120 flea market vendors inside, and more than 400 outdoor vendors during season. Here you’ll find everything from fresh-grown produce and new merchandise to antiques and collectibles. Check it out and you’ll quickly see why it’s known as “Shopping That’s Worth Waiting for the Weekend.”

McCoole’s at the Historic Red Lion Inn
Known for providing an upscale fine dining experience at prices that are friendly to the working person’s wallet, McCoole’s at the Historic Red Lion Inn is a must-visit destination in Quakertown. When you enter the restaurant you’ll feel like you’ve taken a step back in time. The only thing you’ll love more than the ambiance is the outstanding food and drink options.

Nockamixon State Park
Summer might be coming to an end soon, but there’s still plenty of time to enjoy the outdoors at the 5,283 square-foot Nockamixon State Park. Here you’ll find a beautiful lake, fishing, and boat rentals. You can also go kayaking, pack a picnic lunch, or walk along the paved paths and wooded trails. Make sure you bring your phone or a camera because there’s a good chance you’ll come face-to-face with some local wildlife.
You can also go camping at the park, play disc golf, and cool off at the swimming pool complex with two waterslides.

The Proper Brewing Company
For an upbeat atmosphere, fresh brewed beer and cider, and a menu full of American classics, you can’t go wrong with The Proper Brewing Company. This relaxed and comfortable neighborhood brewpub offers a selection of craft beers made on-site. They also locally-source their wines, spirits, and many of their menu ingredients. Check out their website to learn more about their “hoppy hours,” weekday events, and live music.

Old Soul Antiques
If you love to shop, you’ll love Old Soul Antiques. Whether you’re looking for locally made goods, consignment items, repurposed items, or a diverse selection of antiques and collectibles, you’ll find it here! They have a little bit of everything for sale, and the owners and staff are both extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They’re open 7 days a week from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m., making it convenient to stop in frequently and check for new treasures.

Spinnerstown Hotel
The historic Spinnerstown Hotel is a favorite among both locals and tourists and is considered a staple of the Lehigh and Bucks County region. No matter what you’re in the mood for, you can find it here. Enjoy a casual dining experience in the rustic taproom that features 18 rotating taps or opt for a more elegant experience in the formal dining room. Here you’ll find table linens, a mercer tile fireplace, and hand-painted ceilings and walls. The eclectic menu is constantly evolving, giving diners a unique experience every time they visit.
